Product Details and Advice

When Easy Hail Claim Pty Ltd provides you with a financial service, we may also provide you with a

Product Disclosure Statement (PDS). A PDS is a document that provides you with information about

a financial product, including terms and conditions, costs, benefits and features and the entity that

issues the financial product (the Issuer). The PDS is designed to give you the information you need to

make informed decisions about our products.

We suggest that you consider all of your objectives, financial situation and needs before taking out any products.

Easy Hail Claim Pty Ltd is licensed by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) to

provide a claims handling and settling service limited to:

Business Partners and Commissions

Easy Hail Claim Pty Ltd is wholly owned by Dragon Roofing Pty Ltd. Easy Hail Claim Pty Ltd receives a referral fee of $100 every time it refers roof repair or replacement work to Dragon Roofing Pty Ltd.

This referral relationship with Dragon Roofing Pty Ltd means that Easy Hail Claim does not directly take a commission as a percentage of the insurance payout you may receive if we successfully run an insurance claim on your behalf.

However, the cost of the referral fee received from Dragon Roofing Pty Ltd will be factored into Dragon Roofing Pty Ltd's costs associated with providing roofing services, as will any offers to pay any premiums associated with making a claim under your home insurance package.

Easy Hail Claim Pty Ltd provides the financial services detailed in this FSG on our own behalf under our Australian Financial Services Licence.

This FSG must provide you with information about:

1.

making a recommendation, or stating an opinion, in the following circumstances:

a.

the recommendation, or statement of opinion, is made in response to an inquiry by or on behalf of another person about an existing potential claim by the other person under an insurance product; and

b.

the recommendation, or statement of opinion, could reasonably be expected to influence a decision whether to continue with the existing claim or to make the potential claim;

the person assists another person to make a claim under an insurance product; and

3.

the person represents a person insured under an insurance product in pursuing a claim under the product; to retail clients.
